On-Site AI Consulting, Training and Implementation Program for Businesses

Consulting inside your company: we work alongside your team to apply AI to real tasks and connect assistants to your business data and systems.

With Rodrigo Soviero, founder of eesier.

Why eesier

Not a training company.

We are a technology company.

For over 10 years

We don't make money teaching. We make money doing what we teach.

In the past, business books were published after a lifetime of work, when, at the end of a career, the author decided to share everything they had learned. That is how the best books ever written came to be.

More recently, the market has been flooded with people cutting corners: teaching courses about things they never did and lessons they never lived.

How the program works

Two modules. Where does your business need to start?

Choose either module or combine both. We start with the work your team already does.

The one thing both modules share is also non-negotiable: the format is 100% in person.

The work happens inside your company, following your team's real tasks and processes. Your workplace is the classroom.

Module 1 · training

How does AI become part of everyday work?

We work alongside each person, propose improvements and train the team as we carry out the approved plan. By the end, each person is working at their full individual productivity.

We focus on timeless approaches that don't become obsolete with every new model release.

    Immersion

We get to know your business, your people and how work happens today.

  2. Illustration of two people working side by side at the same computer

    02/ 06

    Working alongside each person

We work alongside each person, like a new colleague learning the role. This is shadowing: observing, participating and understanding.

  3. Illustration of a checklist plan with an approval stamp

    03/ 06

    An improvement plan

We document opportunities, processes and suitable AI tools. The decision-maker receives the plan for approval.

  4. Illustration of a team gathered around laptops

    04/ 06

    Putting the plan into practice

Once the plan is approved, we implement the improvements and train people using their own everyday tasks.

  5. Illustration of a folder with a growth chart

    05/ 06

    A results report

We document what was implemented, lessons learned and individual assessments, with a before-and-after view of each participant and department.

  6. Illustration of a playbook handed from one person to another

    06/ 06

    A playbook for your leaders

We provide a playbook and train your leaders so they can bring future team members up to speed.

Included in Module 1

A certificate for each participant

This module includes a completion certificate for each participant, naming the completed module and signed by eesier's founder.

What if AI needs access to your business data?

We build the infrastructure that connects each person's Claude to the systems and data sources your company already uses. An intermediary layer brings together access controls, cost monitoring, logs and security rules.

This also makes room for assistants and internal tools built around the team's needs.

What is the On-Site AI Consulting, Training and Implementation Program for Businesses?
It is a consulting program delivered inside your company, in two modules: practical training that helps employees use AI in their actual work, and implementation of the infrastructure that connects AI assistants to your business systems and data. The team observes day-to-day tasks, submits a plan for approval, and delivers implementation alongside training.

What does the AI infrastructure module include?
The module connects AI assistants to the company's systems and data. It has four stages: mapping, job shadowing, a plan submitted for approval, and implementation with training.
Do I need to purchase both modules?
No. Training and infrastructure can be purchased separately or together, as set out in the company's proposal.
Is the work delivered in person or remotely?
Both modules are delivered in person, on site. The team works inside your company, observing employees' actual tasks and processes. The follow-up meetings included in the program take place online.
What follow-up is included in the program?
The program includes +30h of online meetings for consulting, support and questions; +6h of individual online meetings after training per participant; and 1 individual report and assessment per participant, comparing before and after training.
